According to law enforcement, the incident took place on January 4, 2025. The man was reportedly washing his hands when the woman walked in. She attempted to leave, but Lopez-Lopez allegedly forced himself into the stall, locked the door behind them, and exposed himself. Fortunately, the woman was able to fight her way out and alert authorities.

Lopez-Lopez was arrested the following day and now faces charges including first-degree sexual abuse, unlawful imprisonment, and forcible touching. The case is currently under investigation by the Cicero Police Department.
